Most complete bicycles are sent from our local warehouse (AU warehouse) and most accessories & parts are sent from China.

Polarna Ebike provides free shipping, mainly for the five major states in Australia, but the overseas territories and colonies are temporarily unable to deliver
Shipping Times
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order after being placed online. Tracking information will be sent to your email address once order is shipped. If this time is exceeded, please contact our customer service at Contact Us Form.
Delivery Times
The package will be deliveried around 5-12 business days. But now for COVID-19. It could happen many uncertain problems. We sincerely hope that you can receive the package soon.
Tracking Information
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped along with a tracking number. If for any reason you don't receive this or for more shipping information, please contact our customer service team at aupolarna@gmail.com along with a description of the item and your order number.

Pick Up From The Warehouse In Australia
If you want to pick up the bike directly from our warehouse, you need to contact us to set up a pick-up date and time via email aupolarna@gmail.com
How do I select signature services?
Most orders are generally shipped without requiring a signature at delivery. If your package requires a signature, or if you are worried about leaving a package unattended on your doorstep, you can try leaving a note on your front door asking UPS to leave your package with a neighbor.
